When you call, you’ll speak with an Edgerton Customer Service Representative. The rep will gather all your information about your emergency.
When you call, we’ll explain all the charges you can expect, and take your credit card information. If you prefer, you will be able to give a check directly to our technician when he arrives.
We will give you an estimated time of arrival when you call (ETA). If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a call back within 10 minutes once we have spoken with the tech who will be responding. Then the technician will be dispatched to resolve your emergency.
