Plan 1 – Air Conditioning Inspection
This agreement includes a complete cleaning and a 15 point INSPECTION of your air conditioning unit. Any additional labor or any parts needed will be charged to the customer and is payable at the time service and repairs have been made. NOTE: This is a one-time inspection only. If your unit fails during the agreement period, there will be a charge for repairs. Edgerton will do the following:
- Install gauges & check operating pressures
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check all voltage & amperage
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Check belts and adjust tension
- Replace or wash standard air filters as necessary
- Check pressure switch cut-off settings and lock outs
- Visibly check operation of thermostats
- Check starting contactor contacts and wiring connections
- Check condensate pan
- Check condensate drain
- Shut down humidifier
- Check air temperature across coil
- Check temperature rise across condenser
- Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
