Plan 2 – Oil Burner Maintenance and Vacuum Cleaning
This agreement includes a complete 14 point INSPECTION of your oil heating unit. Any additional labor or any parts needed will be charged to the customer and is payable at the time service and repairs have been made. Oil burner maintenance includes 1 nozzle and 1 oil filter. Edgerton will do the following:
- Adjust electrodes & ignition wire
- Check & clean cad cell
- Check condition of chimney base
- Clean flue pipe
- Inspect combustion chamber (if accessible)
- Clean combustion air fan
- Replace standard air filter if necessary
- Check oil burner controls & safeties
- Check thermostats
- Check end cone
- Lubricate necessary parts
- Clean heat exchanger
- Check zone operation
