Plan 3 – Gas Heat Maintenance

This agreement includes a complete 21 point INSPECTION of your gas heating unit. Any additional labor or any parts will be charged to the customer and is payable at the time service and repairs have been made. Edgerton will do the following:

    Return to Service Agreements

• Test for carbon monoxide
• Check safety controls
• Check fan controls
• Check heat relays
• Check limit control
• Check air filter (replace standard filter)
• Check all wiring connections
• Check thermostat operation
• Check operation of zone valves
• Check amperage and voltage of motors
• Check burner rack
• Check thermocouple
• Check electronic ignition module
• Check for safety operation
• Check main gas valve gas pressure
• Check and lubricate blower motor
• Check and adjust fan belt
• Check and lubricate blower bearings
• Check for gas leaks (at equipment only)
• Check for ignition
