Normal working hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Customer service representatives available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Answering service takes after hour calls and forwards all calls to Edgerton, Inc. "on call" employees

All technicians possess appropriate State of Connecticut trade licenses

Home comfort equipment must be properly maintained in order to run efficiently. Many equipment warranties require yearly service agreements.
