- Do you want Full Service Terms on some or all equipment?
- Are you looking to sign up for equipment not listed on our Standard Plan 1 Maintenance Contract?
- Are you looking for maintenance on a commercial property?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you need a Custom Contract!
If you have any of the following pieces of equipment, you would need a Custom Maintenance Contract:
- Steam Humidifiers
- Geothermal Systems
- Ductless Split System with Multiple Heads
- ERVs
- Pool Heaters
- Wine Cellar Units
- Water Filtration Systems
- Radiant Heat Systems
- Snow Melt Systems
- PTACs
- Fan Coils
- Any Systems Not Listed on Our Standard Plan 1 List
